Built Pulumi components (VPC, EKS/LKE/AKS, Grafana, CNPG) with ArgoCD app-of-apps and self-service environments.

Faster onboarding and improved reliability.
Onboarding went from days to hours. Change failure rate stayed under 5%. MTTR fell 60–75%, and Sev-2 incidents fell more than 50%.
Reported workplace outcomes. Measurement scope and baseline period are not documented in this case study.
